This is our first week off the Daniel Fast. As you can see we are eating meat again! We are still fasting sugar, sweets & sodas for at least 40 days (total). We are going to continue to try to not eat nearly as much processed foods either. This is my menu for the week:
Steak, baked potato & spinach salad
Roast, potatoes & carrots
Shredded Roast tacos, queso & pinto beans
*Re-purposing the leftover roast!
Brown rice, chicken, pinto beans & green pepper dish
