I did it! Finally, I attempted something that I never thought I would...MEATLOAF! It is was my husbands favorite meal that his mother made. Honestly, the idea of it really grosses me out. So, I just thought it would be a meal that I would never even attempt. Well, I got brave and tried it yesterday. I'm pretty sure I didn't do it exactly as it should have been done, but my husband LOVED IT! He had 2 servings and wants to eat the rest today. He was soooooo excited when he came home last night!
No, I didn't eat it (my mom is laughing). Yes, I will make it for him again ;)
Total cost of the meatloaf was around $1.50.
