Ruffle top-$3 clearance at Wal-mart
*loved this shirt b/c it can be worn in the summer alone or in the winter with a black undershirt. I have it paired with an old black shirt from Ross and a black skirt that I've had for 10 years. Yes, you read correctly 10 years!
Mini-me is wearing a pj top ($3) and zebra pants that I got at JCPenny's for FREE! Yes, she dressed herself :)
