Budget tip for the day:
Start small!
If a budget completely overwhelms you, tackle it one category at a time. For the first month concentrate on 2 categories. Make your main focus staying within or under your allotted budget amount. Once you conquer those 2 categories, add 2 more the next month. Before you know it, you will be working a full budget. You can do it! I promise :)

Thanks for this. I know it may seem totally obvious to take baby steps, but I seriously never thought of it that way. I always think that to make a budget work, all the numbers have to be figured to the penny and adhered to stringently. It's nice to have permission to take it slow. :)
