I've decided that menu Wednesday really works for me. I'm always saying it doesn't matter when you make your menu plan, but that you actually make one.

Here is what we are eating in our house this week:
Spinach salad topped w/ kidney beans, cucumbers, mushrooms, peppers, carrots & a turkey sandwich
Steak, grilled corn, spinach salad
Tuna wrap (will post the recipe for this later sometime)
Nachos topped w/ burger meat, refried beans & avocado (beans & avocado are leftover from the tuna wrap)
Leftovers with steak & hamburger meat...not sure what I'm doing yet :)
