I tried out a new Crock Pot recipe and we all really enjoyed it Sunday after church. It is super easy and not many ingredients.
*It is not the best looking meal, but it was mighty tasty!
Salsa Chicken
2-4 chicken breasts
taco seasoning
1 cup salsa
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz sour cream (I was out and it was still good without it)
*Top chicken with taco seasoning
*Mix salsa & soup and cover chicken
*Cook for 6-8 hours on low (I cooked for 4 hours on high)
*Mix in the sour cream and let it get hot before serving (optional)
*Serve over rice or taco shells (We ate it over brown rice. I wrapped my daughter's in a tortilla and she loved it!)
Enjoy!
